Clint Robo Combo at Rusty's
The "Clint Robo Combo" is a signature dish from Rusty's, a mexican restaurant owned by Harvey formerly at Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast. It's now a block of units. We would often have dinner Sunday nights there with Nafe and housemates.
Clint Robo himself was one of the local iron men, in fact there were about 5 large combo's all named after SLS atheletes. Lisa Curry-Kenny would often pop in to pick up take out for Grant (this was some time ago). The Robo combo was around $24 and included two large taco's, enchilada/burrito, rice, and about three other items so in order to dispose of it all plus sour cream and guok to help. You needed to be burning it off at either training or performing in a comp the next day. If one was smart, Monday lunch could be set aside on the plate for 'ron.
The Robo combo was usually responsible for delaying one's drive back to Brisbane until the Monday morning, as it was almost impossible to maintain a state of being awake plus the seat belt around what was formerly the combo made it an awkward drive. At one stage we frequented the venue consistentally for 6 weeks over summer. We lov3d it.

Elbow X-Ray

Here's the xray, two plates hold the (7 pieces of) joint together from the upper arm and one plate extends from the lower arm to keep the (3 pieces of) inner joint in place.
Went thru the metal detector at airport a couple of weeks ago, this gear didn't set it off.
Extention seems to be the same and I think that the lower plate may be inhibiting the ability to extend any more (bottom plate in picture you can see would move into the joint when the arm is extended). Doc reckons I would only get to the 30 degree point anyway. Still get a bit of fatigue arond the joint and plates. Feeling is coming back slowly in the little finger but progress is slow. Swelling has totally gone now so you can see and feel the heads of the pins and edges of the plates. Doc hinted at removing them later this year in a follow up operation.
